I am gearing up for the wednesday coupon club meeting. I have loads of pet coupons and a few kid coupons I will NEVER use. I am getting ready for the holidays and it seems that I stockpiled just the right amount that shopping may be reduced to perishables only soon so the extra can go for gifts. I am on the lookout for the best buys for that though and have not seen quite what I want. I will keep looking and post later in the week if I find some steals.

this link is for a rebate for the snow white and seven dwarves which comes out on the 6th. Oops, came out. I went through amazon and got mine for 19.99 minus the 10$ coupon. (snowhite) is the code to use. Then go to this link and get the rebate form. Since I don't have the form yet I can't guarantee how it will work.

laundry detergent

There is a liquid kind, I will find it and post it later
the powder is as follows.
8 ounces of fels naptha ( yes that is what it is called)
4 ounces of borax
4 ounces of super washing soda.

The fels naptha bar needs to be grated and then you simply add all the ingredients together with what ever scent you are in the mood for . Mix it well to move the oil scent through it and it will get a little lumpy but just break them up and keep mixing. Use one or two tablespoons per load and be sure to keep it in a closed container.
These items can all be found in the laundry aisle of most stores. I found hyvee has the bars the cheapest and they come in a 5 and a half ounce bars. I grate one and then leave half of the second to rub on stains. Just wet the stain and then rub with the bar. I find this works well on the stains my kids get.

seems everytime there is a system to make that cash or to save it the rules change.

People say "buying" coupons is silly but you "buy" the paper to get coupons and then get ones you don't want. This way I get what I want and how many I want. They are also found on facebook so look them up and we all win.

Game DAY!!!!! got game?

Well it is finally here. I like football and the steelers but my husband is at the game and I am so glad it is today so he can come home tomorrow. GO STEELERS!!! I did do a little betting on the game and I am hoping they win by 7-11 points.
On to the important stuff. Anyone starting to plan their gardens for the year. I have a few ideas and lists but I am not sure how to fit it all in yet. Maybe my dear hubby can help me clear a few new areas. I am going to do lettuce and peas again . I had great luck and harvested almost the whole year. I have it in a semi-shady spot that way it won't fry .

My coupon clipping and walgreens shopping saved me over 50$ last week and then I will get a 20$ rebate on my card. Then I got 4$ on the register rewards. I still need to plan menus. I have so much stuff I don't cook with that I could use up in the house. If I plan ahead and get a little more variety in our diet then I will have a better chance to save on groceries.

Wow that woman is amazing how she saves money. I am still a novice but getting better. I just need to get the right coupons. I have looked into buying them on a coupon site. I will let you know how that goes.
ebay is ok but you cannot choose and you end up with ones you don't need. I may just resell them on ebay.

Wow, it seems all I seeee are blogggggs anymore. Looks like the thing to do.
